Delivery Fine Print
- Delivery will take 3-5 working days
- Kindly follow up with your parcel with the courier service as for any unclaimed parcels, an additional cost for re-delivery will be borne by customers.
Returns: As chocolates are perishable items, returns are only allowed if they arrive in a very poor shape or form caused during the delivery process. Receivers are advised to inform us within the day of receiving to ensure fairness of judgement. Beehive Chocolate will not entertain any reports made after the delivery day.
Refund: For returned items due to rejection / unclaimed, a partial refund can be arranged with deduction of courier charge, handling & processing fee (RM8) and subject to the condition of the items being returned.
