- The unused balance is not refundable.
- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. (Due to pre-ordered stock keeping and time taken for delivery arrangement, the voucher expiry date will be slightly shorter up to a 1-month from the purchased date.)
- Giftr is not associated with Lotus's.
- Price includes the service fee, which consists of store visits, parking fees, queuing and paying, packing & delivery arrangements.
Terms and Conditions:
- Vouchers can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus's Store.
- The voucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (i.e., not returnable for cash or a new voucher).
- No change is to be given if the purchase value is less than the value of the Voucher.
- Vouchers can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit card, or debit card.
- The voucher is valid for 1 year until the pre-determined fixed expiration date (inclusive).
- The voucher is valid for one redemption only.
- The voucher is not valid at the Food Court or any Outlets not operated by Lotus's Stores.
- This voucher is deemed void and null if found tampered, defaced, torn, or damaged.
