Lovely Gift, Bad Delivery

I ordered this product together with another bouquet to be delivered The product itself was lovely according to the recipients. However, when the gift recipients got the gifts from the delivery man/ vendor, the man was extremely rude and raised his voice when asked who the flowers are from. They remained courteous, but the man just told them to sign the delivery papers and leave. This is really bad behaviour and this could ruin the recipient's day.
