 1. Senior Operation Specialist 

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship Development or equivalent
  • Min. 6 months - 2 years working experience
  • Able to multitask, analytical and detailed oriented
  • Love dealing with customers
  • Engage in a fun and belonging culture and working environment
  • Comfortable with fast paced working environment and interested in startups as well as e-commerce.
  • Self driven and highly motivated individual.
  • Hardworking and have a positive approach when dealing with challenging problems
  • Ambitious to contribute in building the No.1 Gifting Platform in Southeast Asia.
Job Responsibility:
  • Manages daily e-commerce operations related tasks (e.g. order fulfillment listing and support queries from both sellers and customers)
  • Act as a front liner of the company by managing both seller and customers to enable sales
  • Adopts e-commerce tools and ensure accuracy of product details to better represent the product to increase sales.
  • Work and coordinate with the team to resolve problems

2. Junior Operation Specialist 

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship Development or equivalent
  • Fresh grads are welcomed to apply. Experience in e-commerce,  marketplaces or working in a startup is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages daily e-commerce operations related tasks (e.g. order fulfillment listing and support queries from both sellers and customers)
  • Drives the operational goals in achieving great merchant & customer experience by delivering personal KPIs.
  • Assist in product preparation & fulfilment and acts as the main liaison with logistic partners.
  • Adopts e-commerce tools and ensure accuracy of product details to better represent the product to increase sales.

3. Internship for E-Commerce Operations

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibility:

  • Be willing to expose yourself to hands-on trainings to gain a better understanding on how a start-up business works
  • Support e-commerce operations related tasks (e.g. basic helpdesk support, monitor order fulfillment status, and support queries from both sellers and customers)
  • Assist with product and inventory management
  • Work and coordinate with the team to resolve problems
