Overall ok

Gift was good, but flower was a little aged, with petals starting to turn slightly black at the edges. The basket was slightly dented when delivered.

Bad service

Unfriendly dispatch boy. And made mistake in 1st delivery which was no teddy bear in flower bag. After made a report, the 2nd delivery came but with different teddy bear from the picture given . So disappointed because mistakes ruined the surprise :(
