A bit Awkward

This is my 1st purchase via online. After reading review and give it a shot. My wife receive the flower in good condition. It will be a 5-star rating if they can improve on the delivering method and flower wrapping service. As i was informed by my wife that the deliver person stand in front of shop and call my wife to come out to collect the flowers instead going in to officer and hand to her personally. I think it will be good to hand in personally as receiver might expecting a surprise. But if ask the receiver to come out collect. the atmosphere will change and it will be awkward for the receiver herself. My wife did compliment the flowers is fresh and choc is nice. Personal suggestion just to improve on the delivery method. and it will be good 5-stars. 2nd suggestion. Please check the content before greeting the receiver. Actually it was me any my wife dating anniversary. But the deliver person wish my wife "Happy Birthday"... some minor errors that need improvement. Overall i am still satisfied. Keep up to improve. Cheers
