No smell of rose and very small size

No smell of rose... I sent it to my wife and she was disappointed from the quality of the rose and the very small size compared to the orders from other vendors in giftr

Hi Saeed, Thank you for the feedback and we have checked with the vendor on this issue. As per our conversation via email earlier, their roses doesn't have strong fragrance or artificial fragrance and noticed that the parcel is dropped at guardhouse for sometime before receiver picked up, this might slightly affected the smells of the roses as well. Upon checking with the rider, he did drop a text to receiver on picking up the bouquetbefore he left as the he unable to contact the receiver via phone call. Each bouquet listed in our webpage might be different in size and we had stated the size of this product in the description. We do noticed that the size of the bouquet send earlier is the same as per description. Perhaps, do let us know if you noticed that the size is not stated clearly prior to order placement in the future. Hope this explains :)
