VERY DISSAPOINTED

The order received was nothing like the description. First of all the colour of the bear is not like in the picture. That is fine. But there was not chocolate at all! The descriptions says.. Features a beautiful bouquet of red roses & Ferrero Rocher's set with statice, misty blue & peacock flowers, wrapped in classic beige & black. It is accompanied by a 12" Teddy bear that makes it a complete gift. Are you trying to cheat your buyers???!! This is not acceptable!

Not deliver to the door stap!

I was told by my friend that she need to went down to the lobby to received the gift! How come the delivery staff did not request a pass to go into the office I used to sent other delivery to the same place, the delivery staff has no problem to enter the office. Kind a disappoint on that. Otherwise I will rate 5 stars for your product. Nice gift.

Awesome!

Service was fantastic! Timing was perfect and my loved one liked it a lot. Card was beautifully typed. Just though: the teddy portrayed in the picture is brown but white was sent. Other than that, all perfect!
