Went beyond my expectations

I ordered this all the way from Canada for my wife who was visiting Malaysia at the time. Was very skeptical as to whether they’ll pull through but oh they did. My wife was very surprised and very happy. Sent it to her 10 days ago and she’s still enjoying the chocolates

Disappointed with the product delivered

Customer service was good. However, the product delivered is not the same as per product description or image displayed. The number of roses delivered is lesser than the image displayed and there was no misty blue flowers but oxeye daisy. The brands of the chocolates are different from what the image has displayed as well. No hershey's chocolates and toblerone chocolates at all. Disappointed with the product delivered. Hope the team can improve on the areas mentioned.
