STORAGE & PRODUCT LIFE SPAN

  1. All our helium balloon can last at least for 6 hours from time of preparation. you are required to add hi-float should you need to triple your balloon floating time.
  2. Upon receiving of the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by receiver.
  3. It’s receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
  4. If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.
  5. How long will helium balloon lasts?For normal 12” latex balloon it lasts more than 6 hours.
    For the 18” & 24” bubble balloon it can last at least 8 hours and it will only slowly shrink.
    For Foil balloon it can last for at least 1 day.
    Chrome Balloon it can last for more than 6 hours.
