- Balloons are a delicate product, please note that external factors like the environmental conditions, weather, and temperature are out of control and can directly affect the condition and life of a balloon.
- Balloon Care: Maintain your balloons out of shape edges and in areas with good temperature (air-cond room preferred). Minimize moving them around in order to extend their life.
- We will not be responsible for whatever happens once your balloons have been picked up or delivered in good condition.
