Perineal Spray for Mama @ 100ml
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera gel
Benefits: To soothe postpartum aches and pains.
Uses: Can either spray it on your perineum, or unto the pads. To store in the refrigerator to add extra cooling and maintain freshness.
- Use within a month on manufacture date of which is made upon order.
3x Herbal Bath @ 35g
Ingredients: Dried Peppermint leaf, Dried Calendula flowers, Dried Lavender buds, Dried Yarrow leaf.
To use: Fill your bathtub with warm water, drop the muslin bag into the water and let it dissolve and allow the content to steep for 15-20 mins. You can use for several more baths if you remove the muslin bags before you go in for a bath soak.
To note: For those who have stitches, limit yourself to only 1 herbal bath a day. If you have no stitches, you can enjoy multiple baths a day.
