Storage & Product Life Span
- Upon receiving the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept & stored by receiver.
- Its receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in air-conditioning room and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.

- The delivery time frame is between 12pm-6pm. (No specific timing allowed).
- For deliveries to hospitals, prior call to receiver is required for delivery arrangement. If the receiver cannot be reached, the rider will drop the item at the reception.
