A total disappointment

Ordered this for my daughter's birthday. Totally looking forward to make her happy. When I got the package, I was totally disappointed. Instead of getting soap roses, I only got plastic ones. The box is also wrecked and damaged. How can I give this to someone, especially my family? Unrepresentable!

Hi Mariam, Thank you for the feedback. As per checking, the roses in the image given is soap roses and it is functioning as a normal soap as well. You may put the flower under running water, it will melt and form bubbles like the usual soap. As for the box, we believe that it was damaged by the logistic company during delivery and we will look into this to prevent the same issue from happening again. Nevertheless, we do hope that the other item is in good condition and we also noticed that the vendor ship out the item in a timely manner where the item arrives before the estimated timeframe (Wed 1 Jul- Fri 3 Jul 2020). Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will reach you on this again for more clarification.

Chocolate Gift Box

Love the presentation. But the chocolates were melted due to the heat. Although it arrived 2 days later than expected, I would still order again from Giftr as I live in London and found this website had a huge selection of gifts to send to friends and family in Malaysia.
