- We currently providing delivery service in Klang Valley. Our operation on weekdays from 10 am – 5 pm, weekends delivery 10 am -2 pm only.

STORAGE & PRODUCT LIFE SPAN
- All our helium balloons can last at least 6 hours from the time of preparation. you are required to add hi-float should you need to triple your balloon floating time.
- Upon receiving the products, we will not be ably responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by the receiver.
- It’s the receiver's responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- If you need to carry a balloon with a car or another vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and the temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.
- How long will the helium balloon last?
- For normal 12” latex balloon it lasts more than 6 hours.
- For the 18” & 24” bubble balloon it can last at least 8 hours and it will only slowly shrink.
- For Foil balloon, it can last for at least 1 day.
- Chrome Balloon can last for more than 6 hours.
