POOR DELIVERY SERVICE & IT RUINED MY SURPRISE FOR MY LOVED ONES

Overall the gifting experience was sucks. Will never purchase from this seller again. The delivery man send the items to another location and my loved ones need to go and hunt the item and the location was quite isolated. They promise to deliver the goods before 5pm but the item was only received after 5pm and my loved ones almost went back already. Seller didnt notify us or whatsapp us on the status or looks of the item until i keep contact the customer service to follow up.(only received the item after the ''claimed'' my loved one already received it which is not true) Imagine u r excited to give surprise for ur love ones but it turn out to be a chaos. Nevertheless, kudos to Giftr customer service who keep on follow up on the status of the item for me.

Really Good Gift, great Support from Seller

Delivery was on time and my girlfriend loved the gift. Only issue was that my name was wrongly printed in the gift card, but the seller was quick to rectify this and send a replacement card along with an extra mini gift. Would really recommend!
