Our minced pork dried meat bakkwa is made using the freshest prime cuts of quality pork thigh and our secret recipe that includes more than 20 types of ingredients, mixed in the right proportion and cooked in the finest method to preserve its flavour and juiciness.
We grill our bakkwa using the traditional charcoal cooking method, all by our in-house chefs with extensive years of experience. With the right heat and timing, all bakkwa is grilled to perfection - offering you the perfect level of smokiness, flavour, tenderness and juiciness that you will definitely come back for more.
Compared to our sliced cut bakkwa series, minced bakkwa series has a softer texture, making it suitable for customers of all ages.

Storage:
Our vacuum packed dried meat bakkwa can last for 30 days under cool or room temperature. But for the best quality of taste and texture, we recommend finishing the product in 3 to 7 days from date of receipt.
If you can’t finish it in 3 to 7 days, you may keep the product in the refrigerator and reheat by soaking in the hot water for 3 minutes (in vacuum packed form), or in the microwave oven for 15- 30 seconds (please remove vacuum packing) when consumed
