I placed an order on 29 April 2020 and was hoping to receive before Mother's Day (10 May). However, it's already 11 May and the item has yet to be shipped. The service standard of Famous Amos is an absolute let-down.

Hi Grace Ooi, Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry that you are experienced the delayed deliveries from the courier company. As per checked, the item takes 5-7 working days to be delivered as per stated in the product description, thus the estimated delivery timeframe is Thu 7 May- Tue 12 May 2020. Based on the tracking site, the item has been picked up on 9th May and it only got delivered on the 15th May. We believe that the shipment delay caused by logistic company was due to overwhelming delivery loads and shortage of workforce during the festival season, which was preempted by the vendor on product page that they are not able to be responsible for delays caused by courier service since it's non-controllable factor. We understand the disappointment of delayed shipment caused by holidays in between and the delay in transiting, and we will strive to improve on this by having stricter fulfillment control commitment from our vendors. Once again, deeply apologize on the hassle caused earlier and hope to serve you again in the near future.
