Fresh flower but poor formating on greeting cards

While I appreciate the quality and freshness of the flowers delivered, I must express my frustration with the fact that the recipient's name had errors, and the formatting of the greeting message was off. These issues detracted from an otherwise lovely gift and undermined the professional and thoughtful impression I was hoping to make. The sender's name was not included, this is my fault for not realising it is not automatically included and must manually include in the greeting message. That being said, I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am willing to give your service another chance. However, I do expect that these minor but important aspects of your service will be improved in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing the improvements in your service.
