- Bath Soak – Fill up bath tub with warm water, put in 1cups of bath soak into tub and soak for 15-20 minutes.
- Foot Soak – Fill up foot tub with warm water, put in half a cup of bath soak and soak in. Dry thoroughly after the soak and then moisturize the feet.
