Storage & Product Life Span

  1. All our helium balloons can last at least for 6 hours from the time of preparation. you are required to add hi-float should you need to triple your balloon floating time.

  2. Upon receiving the products, we will not be ably responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by the receiver.

  3. It’s the receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.

  4. If you need to carry a balloon with a car or another vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and the temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.

  5. How long will the helium balloon last?

-For a normal 12” latex balloon lasts more than 6 hours.

-For the 18” & 24” bubble balloon can last at least 8 hours and it -will only slowly shrink.

-For foil balloon, can last for at least 1 day.

-Chrome Balloon can last for more than 6 hours.
