Personalized Couple Sleep Wear - Low Quality of Stitches

The stitches is on a cardboard (where the cardboard is very hard to be removed and might affect the stitches). We have to remove the cardboard, else uncomfortable during wear.

Good customer service

Quick response when I made some changes on my order. The size is slightly smaller than normal size, perhaps you may need to order one size bigger than usual. Taking slightly longer on delivery but overall experience is fine.

Poor cut, satin is luxurious but not wearable as expected.

I was so excited to purchase these for my husband and I for no special reason. But my shorts were to Iill-fitting they aren’t wearable. The satin is nice and feels luxurious. My husbands fit is slightly better than mine and more wearable. I suggest go up 2 sizes when ordering. I went up 1 size and even then it wasn’t enough.

Bad experience, disappointing customer

The items that I ordered did not reach me after a long wait of 2 weeks! The order tracking number showed that the items have been delivered to me but I do not receive anything! I am very disappointed with Giftr. This will be my first and the last order.

Hi Irene L, thank you for the feedback and upon checking, noticed that the parcel has been shipped out on 2nd June which is still within the promised timeframe 10-12 working days but the parcel was only delivered on 11th June by the courier company. As per our conversation, we are sorry to know that the parcel was wrongly sent to another house by the courier company earlier.
