This elegant blooming tea is a great way to enjoy the health benefits of green tea. Place a tea ball into freshly boiled water and watch as a globe amaranth flower rises upon a string of jasmine buds that unfold from within a beautiful marigold blossom nestled among Chinese green tea leaves.

We recommend brewing this green tea in a glass teapot to see the blossom in all its glory. Suitable for a 600ml brew.

Each canister contains 8 tea balls.

Brewing time : 3 -10 minutes

Infusions : 2-3 rounds

( It is best to drink the infusion after 3 minutes, then refill your pot and watch the tea bloom further to avoid an over-brewed infusion. The whole blooming process can take up to 20 minutes. Sip away on your tea and enjoy watching the blooming tea bouquet. )
