Storage

  • Upon receiving the products, we are not responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by the receiver.
  • It’s the receiver's responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.
Delivery Fine Print:
  • Min. 1 day booking in advance. 
  • The delivery time frame is within 10 am - 5 pm (no specific timing is allowed)

Additional Information

Balloon Care:

  • Latex balloons outdoors will oxidize over time and will take on a matte and dull texture.
  •  Helium foil balloons when exposed to cold temperatures will shrink. Just bring it to warmer places and it will regain its original volume.
  • Do not leave helium balloons out in the sun as the expanded gas will pop the balloon.
