Quality of towels were lacklustre and the box arrived slightly squished. As this was meant as a gift, I'll have to buy another gift box to place the towels in. Unlikely will repeat orders.

So the approximate date of delivery was between 13-17 November 2020 as the website states, but the gift only arrived on 24 Nov 2020... I understand possibly it is Covid and Pos Laju can be delayed.. so I was slightly disappointed with delivery time. Otherwise my brother liked the gift a lot! Lydia

Service of the vendors is good. The product is great and my friend like it so much. However, the colour I ordered initially out of stock and it didn't removed from the order selection...so weird. Btw, thank you for vendor shipped it within the timeframe.

Tracking information was sent only after the gift arrived and the towels were not as neatly packed as expected bits of thread were not brushed off the towels.
