Our best selling and signature French Entremet cake to date. 

The classic French gâteau proudly boasts its beautiful layers of chocolate crunch, almond cake infused with espresso syrup, French coffee buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and finished with a glorious chocolate mirror glaze; all in just ONE bite. 

Our Opera cake consists of many fine layers of almond sponge cake soaked in espresso coffee syrup, rich chocolate ganache and espresso buttercream which makes it rich in coffee and chocolate flavour. 

This cake is minimal sweet and has received many praises from both the young and older generations.

Note:
