Description

This cake is one of Foret Blanc's unique cake creations that has won the heart of many ladies and even gentlemen!

This cake consists of a moist raspberry butter cake sandwiched with raspberry buttercream, lychee fruit and a slight hint of rose flavour. Raspberry lychee rose flavour was inspired by the flavour of Ispahan, a unique French flavour creation that has received many praises.

We use include raspberry fruit into our butter cake base and also blend smooth raspberry paste into our buttercream to bring out a delicious flavour of raspberry cake with a balance of the sweetness from lychee fruit.

This cake strictly uses premium grade raspberry fruit and no artificial flavouring.

This cake promises a light and balanced flavour. Hence, you do not need to worry about this cake being too sweet. It is a cake you can enjoy even after a heavy lunch/dinner meal.

We decorate the cake with rose buttercream piping to create a romantic cake design and topped with a sprinkle of edible dry rose petals.

This cake is best enjoyed at a slight room temperature to bring out the best flavour of the cake!
