Our signature brown butter mousse cake decorated with an edible Halloween theme design. This cake is coated with velvety cocoa butter finishing and decorated with pumpkin Jack O Lantern chocolate. The spider and little ghost are made of chocolate. The bottom of this cake is decorated with chocolate soil.

The prominent aroma of the brown butter followed by fragrant coffee and nutty richness would leave you wanting for more than one bite for sure. Each element is thoughtfully created to achieve the perfect balance of texture and flavor.

The brown butter mousse is light and creamy but fragrant with the use of premium Valrhona Orelys blonde chocolate. It has a layer of brown butter dacquoise which gives an extra edge of chewy texture alongside a thin layer of rich nutty pecan praline which has a slight crunch.

This cake has a layer of coffee creme brulee with roasted and slight bitterness notes of coffee adds further to harmonize the flavor.
